Although we answer inquiries as fast as we can, there may be a delay in responding to e-mail. If the matter is urgent matter, please check the FAQ to see if your issue is resolved there.

The price shown is inclusive of VAT. Depending on the plan, some might include certain services or sightseeing tickets. Please check the details of the plan when making reservation.

In addition to online reservation, you can also make a reservation by phone. However, discount coupons and some discount campaign plans will not be applicable for telephone reservation.

After getting the coupon, please make your reservation online within the expiration date. (limited for Willertrip members only)

You can select your seat when making reservation or through My Page after reservation. However, this function may be excluded for certain route and plan, so please check when you are making your reservation.

Depending on the route and plan, we have products with shuttle bus within a specified range of the bus terminal bringing you to your home or destination. For products with shuttle bus service, please choose your pick-up/ drop-off location during reservation.

Upon the completion of your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation from 「   」 to your specified e-mail address. Please check your email, or if your reservation was made online, you may check your reservation details on My Page.

You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting the Customer Center.

You will need to show your reservation confirmation email or the reservation number. Please print out in advance or prepare so that you can share the information on your mobile phone display. Depending on product, you may need to redeem your ticket at the office counter or bus terminal before boarding. Please check for details when making reservation or through your reservation confirmation.

All our buses depart on time according to schedule. Please refer to the reservation confirmation and call the emergency contact on that day. If you contact us before the departure time, we may be able to guide you on to a later bus. Cancellation and changing fee will apply as per stated when making reservation and on the reservation confirmation.
You can check the emergency contact information for that day in your reservation confirmation email.

Dangerous goods, animals, furniture and large items such as bicycles cannot be brought onto or checked into the bus.
In addition, depending on vehicle type, some vehicles do not have a trunk. In that case, we can only allow for luggage that can be self-managed or placed near your leg or on your lap. Please confirm when making your reservation.

A receipt can be issued after departure. It will be issued by the respective bus company, so please call the emergency contact of the day stated on the reservation confirmation or contact the Customer Center.

You can unsubscribe as a WILLER Trip member by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" option on My Page.
However, once the unsubscribe procedure has been completed, you will not be able to access to your past reservations or use any discount coupons that you have obtained.

The login ID will be your registered email address.

For any refund, our Customer Center staff will contact the customer and process the refund within one week.
