1. Enter your phone number
When registering as a new mobi member, enter your phone number to get a verification code via text message
2. Enter verification code
Enter the 6 digit authentication code you get via text message. When sucessfully authenticated, click "Continue"
3. Registration information
Enter your information for registration. When you enter your "Last name and First name" in the first line, the second line will be automatically updated*For customers with names in Kanji, please enter your transliterated names in the second line
4. Click "Register"
Upon filling in all the necessary information, click "Register". * Please note to check "Agree to Terms of Use" and "Agree to Privacy Policy"
5. Check verification email in mailbox
Check the verification email sent to your registered email *If you could not find the verification email in your inbox, please check spam in case of misplacement

Click the attached URL in verification email to verify your registration
7. Authentication succeeded

4. How to book mobi - route
If you often travel to a certain location at a certain time, for example, to school or to work, choose mobi - route service.
You can pre-book up to 30 minutes before the pick-up time and mobi limousine shuttle bus will bring you to your desired location on time.
For shopping, you can use mobi - route to AEON MALL Ha Dong.
* Note that reservation should be completed 30 minutes before pick-up time.

5. How to book mobi - area on-demand
If you need a ride within Cau Giay and Ba Dinh areas (within a 5km diameter) flexibly for meals or grocery shopping, choose mobi - area on-demand service.
The mobi limousine shuttle bus will arrive within 10~15 minutes, on average. Choose any pick up or drop off point within the area and hop on and off as you go around for your chores.

Tap on the "m" icon to access mobi - area on-demand. Select any available points on screen or click on the search icon to search for a specific location

My mobi app is blank. What do I do?
Please exit mobi app to turn on/ allow access to GPS on settings. Now when you reopen mobi app, route details should be updated accordingly and ready to use.
What is the difference when searching for pick-up point in mobi - route and mobi - area on-demand?
・ For mobi - route, you can choose the pick-up point by selecting any available pins on screen.
・ For mobi - area on-demand, you can: choose the pick-up point by selecting any available pins on screen OR click on the search icon on the right corner to search for a location.
How do I cancel a trip?
You can cancel a trip any time before departure.
Option 1: If you have just sent in a booking request, kindly scroll down and click "Cancel booking" in the confirmation window.
Option 2: If you have confirmed a trip, kindly go to the main screen and tap on "Place booking for mobi shuttle". Scroll down and tap on "Cancel booking".
Option 3: Go to menu −−>Plan purchase/change and history −−> Select "Confirm booking request" in blue −−> Click "Cancel booking"
