Introduction to WILLER trip website

You can make a reservation by going to the "search column" on the website or the "reserve" button on each page.
The information required for reservation are as follows :

① Product selection
Select your date of travel, number of pax, plan etc.
※ Depending on plans, some might include a shuttle bus service. In that case, please enter the address of your desired pick-up and drop-off location on the boarding and dropping off location page.

② Login
You can register as a member to make a reservation, or alternatively, make a reservation as a guest (without registering as a member).
We recommend our users to register as a member to enjoy special benefits exclusive for members ONLY.
Members' benefits include:
・ Members-only discounts
・ Coupons
・ My Page functions etc.

③ Customer information
・ Please enter your member name, email address, phone number, age, gender, nationality, country of residence etc.
※For user reserving as a guest, you do not need to enter information about nationality or country of residence.

④About payment
There are two payment methods available : pre-payment or payment on boarding day.
The payment methods available differ according to products, so please check at the time of reservation to complete your booking procedure. For pre-payment, you can choose from the following payment methods :
1. NGAN LUONG’s E-WALLET
2. ATM Online Cards
3. Internet Banking

⑤ Reservation completed
Please complete the reservation by confirming your reservation details, travel terms and conditions, and transportation agreement.
When the reservation is completed, you will receive a "reservation confirmation email" with the details of reservation sent to your specified email address.
For members, you can also check the reservation details on My Page after the reservation is completed.

"When boarding, passengers need to show their reservation confirmation received when reservation is completed. Please print and bring it on the boarding day, or save it on your mobile phone screen and present to the staff before boarding the bus.
Depending on the bus company and boarding location, you may need to redeem your ticket at the counter before boarding. You can confirm the details by referring to your reservation confirmation email during and after the reservation."

About reservation confirmation
The reservation confirmation email will be sent after reservation is completed on the website.

In the case of sudden changes such as suspension of operation
Our service may be suspended in bad weather conditions.
In that case, we will notify the emergency contact via email or phone call, so please specify a contact method where we can reach you easily.
You can change your emergency contact information on My Page.

You can confirm/ change/ cancel your reservation on computer or smartphone anytime (24 hours access), or select your desirable seat (varies based on product) after the reservation is completed.

2. Newsletter
We will send regular updates such as distribution of web coupons limited to newsletter subscribers and early access to products on sale etc. You can start your newsletter subscription anytime by just clicking on the "subscribe to newsletter" when you register as a member. Alternatively, you can change the settings anytime from My Page if you wish to unsubscribe.
3. Members-only sale
The WILLER trip website frequently holds SURPRISE online reservation sales exclusively for members. Sales information will be updated on our Facebook page and newsletter. Hurry up and get yourself registered !

Web discount coupon is a discount coupon that can be used on WILLER trip website. There are two types of coupons: coupons that can be obtained online in advance and discount codes.
Coupons obtained in advance will be automatically displayed when you are making your reservation online, so please select your desire coupon for use. For discount code, please use by entering the discount code when reserving.

About online discount coupon
All coupons have an acquisition deadline, reservation deadline, valid departure date, and valid product type. Please check the deadline before obtaining your coupon. There are two types of online discount coupons, one with a fixed discount amount and the other with the discount amount that you drawed.

How to get an online discount coupon
You can check the coupons available for members in the "list of available web coupons" on My Page. All displayed coupons can be acquired online. In addition, we have coupons exclusively for our newsletter subscribers which will be sent through URL, so please click on the link to obtain the coupon.

You can change or cancel your reservation by contacting the Customer Center.

If you have selected advance payment for your online reservation and need a refund, our Customer Center staff will contact you to confirm the method of refund before processing the request. If you do not hear from our Customer Center within a week after you apply for a refund, please contact the Customer Center below.
Customers are responsible for the transaction fee if the change or cancellation is made under the customer's wish.
